So I've added some new features for my blog, and I need you to tell me how you like them. With blogger.com, one can add a "Monetize" feature that is supposed to show adds that relate to the posts at hand, and as many of the posts are rambling about ethics or completely random, I'm interested to see what comes up.
However:
This blog has never been about making money, and I don't know if enough folks read it to turn a profit, but I do ramble on about ethical things and books and dinosaurs and superheroes, etc.and I'm interested to see how these adds turn out. Please let me know if you think they are whack.
thoughts on ads (because you asked): I can't tell from this one post, but it does seem like a lot of clutter for one small post. I really don't like ads with moving images. These are less intrusive. DON'T ever do moving ads, in my opinion. I'd also be more distracted, and therefore annoyed, by ads that are bright colors, photos of people, about weight loss magic, of scantily clad people, realish cartoons of people doing dances about their mortgage rates, etc. Sooo, in conclusion, I guess I'm not completely opposed to the ads as long as they're not to distracting (which undermines the advertisers point then, but oh well).
